A deposit of the first night’s charges will guarantee your reservation for the day of your scheduled arrival.  A refund will be issued if you cancel 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival.

At check in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change.

Cut-Off Date Hotel Room Block (wedding, family or high school reunion, etc.): Approx 30 days before check-in, the rooms in your block that are not yet reserved will be released to general sale.

All group reservations the cancellation is free of charge 20 days prior to the date of arrival, after this time we charge you 100% the room rate as cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservation where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

No parties are allowed at the premises.

NO PETS: Sorry, we are unable to accommodate our furry friends. Guests that violate our ‘No Pet’ policy will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and asked to leave immediately. The exception to the rule is for a service animal that is trained for specific tasks that does work or performs tasks for a person with a disability.

We are a non-smoking hotel. In the event a guest smokes, in the hotel or room, we charge a $250.00 cleaning fee. The guest will be asked to leave immediately without refund. Smoking violators could be held responsible for other guests’ room fee/refunds.
